Frequently asked questions

How do I pay?

Two ways: sign up on the web and pay by card, UPI or net banking, or subscribe in the mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Either way you can start free — no card required, and the Free plan never charges you.

What if my family doesn't all live in the same city?

Family plan works across cities. Each member logs in with their own email. Goals and food logs are private per member; you share the same subscription pool.

What's a "smart scan"?

Each fridge scan, photo-calorie scan and leftover recipe search counts as 1 smart scan from your monthly pool (50 on Solo/Family, 100 on Coach plans). Menu scan has its own separate pool (10 on Solo/Family, 20 on Coach plans). Receipt scan has its own separate 50/month pool. Smart meal plans (4/week) and Recipe Remix (50/month) have their own separate counters.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage your subscription from App Store or Play Store settings. You can cancel a paid plan anytime; the Free plan never charges you.

Do you have a refund policy?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their standard policies. Contact support@nutrimacro.in if you need help.
