Connecting Health Connect / Apple Health
Connecting your health data lets Nutri Macro adjust your calorie budget using your real activity.
- Go to the Macros screen and tap the health icon.
- Grant permission when prompted — Android uses Health Connect, iPhone uses Apple Health.
- Steps, active calories, and (where available) heart rate sync automatically.
Health data is processed on your device and is never sold. You can withdraw permission any time in your phone's health settings or in Profile → Privacy.
