  1. Mix rice and yogurt (2 mins, room temp): Combine cooled rice with whisked yogurt, mix gently to combine without mashing rice grains.
  2. Add vegetables (1 min, room temp): Add cucumber, onion, green chillies, coriander. Mix gently.
  3. Temper ghee (1 min, high): Heat ghee, add cumin seeds (crackle in 3 secs), asafoetida.
  4. Combine (1 min, low): Pour tempering over yogurt rice, mix gently.
  5. Season (1 min, room temp): Add salt to taste.
