- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium-high heat (160°C).
- Temper nigella seeds for 20 seconds until crackling.
- Add green chillies, cook for 10 seconds.
- Add potato cubes, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric and salt, mix well.
- Add water, bring to boil.
- Reduce to medium (120°C), cover partially, simmer for 6 minutes.
- Add chopped radish greens, stir well.
- Cook uncovered for 5 more minutes until greens are wilted and potatoes tender.
- Most liquid should be absorbed.
- Serve hot with rice and fish curry.
