  1. Mix base (2 mins, room temp): In container, combine oats, yogurt, milk. Stir well until oats are evenly distributed.
  2. Add sweetness (1 min, room temp): Add jaggery, cardamom, saffron. Stir through until jaggery dissolves.
  3. Cover and refrigerate (overnight or minimum 4 hours, cold): Cover container, place in refrigerator.
  4. Serve (2 mins, cold): In morning, add more milk if oats are too thick. Top with crushed nuts and dried fruits. Eat cold or heat gently if preferred.
