👩‍🍳 How to make Mochar Chop

  1. Boil banana blossom slices in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and dry on paper towels.
  2. Mix mashed potato, onion, green chilli, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt.
  3. Add drained banana blossom slices, mix gently.
  4. Divide into 8 portions. Shape into oval cutlets.
  5. Dip in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  7. Heat oil to 170°C.
  8. Fry each chop for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove to paper towels. Drain well.
  10. Serve hot with green chutney.
