👩🍳 How to make Mochar Chop
- Boil banana blossom slices in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and dry on paper towels.
- Mix mashed potato, onion, green chilli, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt.
- Add drained banana blossom slices, mix gently.
- Divide into 8 portions. Shape into oval cutlets.
- Dip in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil to 170°C.
- Fry each chop for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove to paper towels. Drain well.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
