- Add water, bring to boil.
- Add green chillies.
- Reduce to medium-low (100°C), cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cabbage and spinach, cook for 10 more minutes.
- Lentils should be soft, creating a thick soup-like consistency.
- All vegetables should be cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice.
