👩‍🍳 How to make Aloo Chop

  1. Mix mashed potato, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt.
  2. Divide into 8 equal portions. Shape into oval cutlet form.
  3. Dip each in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs.
  4. Place on plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil to 170°C in shallow pan or deep pan.
  6. Fry chops in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden-brown and crispy.
  7. Remove to paper towels. Drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or lime wedges.
