👩🍳 How to make Aloo Chop
- Mix mashed potato, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt.
- Divide into 8 equal portions. Shape into oval cutlet form.
- Dip each in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs.
- Place on plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil to 170°C in shallow pan or deep pan.
- Fry chops in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden-brown and crispy.
- Remove to paper towels. Drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney or lime wedges.
