👩🍳 How to make Rajma
- Heat ghee in heavy pan at medium-high
- Add chopped onions, fry 3-4 minutes until softened
- Add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 minute
- Add green chilies, cook 20 seconds
- Add tomatoes, cook 5-7 minutes until soft
- Add all ground spices one by one, stirring 20 seconds each
- Add cooked kidney beans, stir well
- Add 200ml water, bring to boil
- Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered 15-20 minutes
- Beans should be coated with spiced gravy
- Taste and adjust salt and spice
- Gravy should be thick, coating beans
