👩‍🍳 How to make Rajma

  1. Heat ghee in heavy pan at medium-high
  2. Add chopped onions, fry 3-4 minutes until softened
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 minute
  4. Add green chilies, cook 20 seconds
  5. Add tomatoes, cook 5-7 minutes until soft
  6. Add all ground spices one by one, stirring 20 seconds each
  7. Add cooked kidney beans, stir well
  8. Add 200ml water, bring to boil
  9. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered 15-20 minutes
  10. Beans should be coated with spiced gravy
  11. Taste and adjust salt and spice
  12. Gravy should be thick, coating beans
