👩‍🍳 How to make Keema Matar

  1. Heat ghee in heavy pan at medium-high
  2. Add onions, fry 3 minutes until softened
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 minute
  4. Add green chilies, cook 15 seconds
  5. Add minced meat, cook 6-7 minutes stirring constantly
  6. Meat should lose pinkness and begin browning
  7. Add tomatoes, cook 4-5 minutes until soft
  8. Add all ground spices, stir each 15-20 seconds
  9. Add peas, stir 1 minute
  10. Add salt and 150ml water
  11. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low
  12. Simmer uncovered 20-25 minutes until gravy thickens
  13. When peas are cooked and gravy coats meat, curry is ready
  14. Garnish with coriander, mint, ginger
