👩🍳 How to make Keema Matar
- Heat ghee in heavy pan at medium-high
- Add onions, fry 3 minutes until softened
- Add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 minute
- Add green chilies, cook 15 seconds
- Add minced meat, cook 6-7 minutes stirring constantly
- Meat should lose pinkness and begin browning
- Add tomatoes, cook 4-5 minutes until soft
- Add all ground spices, stir each 15-20 seconds
- Add peas, stir 1 minute
- Add salt and 150ml water
- Bring to boil, reduce heat to low
- Simmer uncovered 20-25 minutes until gravy thickens
- When peas are cooked and gravy coats meat, curry is ready
- Garnish with coriander, mint, ginger
