👩‍🍳 How to make Turmeric Milk Porridge

  1. Heat ghee in heavy-bottomed pan over low heat.
  2. Add semolina; toast 2 minutes while stirring (prevents raw taste).
  3. Pour water slowly while stirring constantly (prevents lumps).
  4. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring.
  5. Reduce to low heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Pour milk slowly while stirring.
  7. Add jaggery, turmeric, and cardamom; stir until jaggery dissolves.
  8. Add salt; taste and adjust.
  9. Simmer 3 more minutes until porridge is creamy and thick.
  10. Transfer to bowls; top with roasted nuts.
  11. Serve warm.
