👩‍🍳 How to make Tomato Rice

  1. Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let splutter 30 seconds.
  3. Add onion; fry 1 minute until softened.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies; fry 30 seconds.
  5. Add diced tomatoes; fry 3 minutes until softened and cooked through.
  6. Add turmeric and garam masala; fry 20 seconds.
  7. Add cooked rice; toss gently 2 minutes over medium heat (coat with tomato and spices).
  8. Add salt and black pepper; toss gently.
  9. Remove from heat; fold in fresh coriander.
  10. Serve hot.
