👩🍳 How to make Tomato Rice
- Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let splutter 30 seconds.
- Add onion; fry 1 minute until softened.
- Add ginger, garlic, green chillies; fry 30 seconds.
- Add diced tomatoes; fry 3 minutes until softened and cooked through.
- Add turmeric and garam masala; fry 20 seconds.
- Add cooked rice; toss gently 2 minutes over medium heat (coat with tomato and spices).
- Add salt and black pepper; toss gently.
- Remove from heat; fold in fresh coriander.
- Serve hot.
