👩🍳 How to make Sukuti with Rice
- Soak sukuti in warm water 10 minutes; tear into small pieces; drain.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add onion; fry 2 minutes until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger; fry 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add green chillies; fry 20 seconds.
- Add turmeric, garam masala, and asafoetida; fry 20 seconds.
- Add sukuti pieces; stir-fry 2 minutes (distribute spices).
- Add tomato paste; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Pour water; bring to boil.
- Reduce to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes until sukuti becomes tender and sauce thickens.
- Add salt and black pepper; taste and adjust.
- Serve hot over steamed rice; garnish with fresh coriander.
