👩‍🍳 How to make Steamed Chicken Momos

  1. Prepare dough as in Recipe 9; rest 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok over high heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies; stir-fry 1 minute.
  4. Add minced chicken; cook 3 minutes breaking with spoon until cooked through (no pink).
  5. Add spring onions, soy sauce, salt, white pepper; stir 1 minute; cool completely.
  6. Divide dough into 24 pieces; roll thin circles.
  7. Place 1 tbsp filling in center; fold and pleat edges; pinch top.
  8. Steam on greased tray 10–12 minutes until wrapper becomes translucent and shiny.
  9. Serve hot with tomato-chilli sauce.
