👩🍳 How to make Steamed Chicken Momos
- Prepare dough as in Recipe 9; rest 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok over high heat.
- Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Add minced chicken; cook 3 minutes breaking with spoon until cooked through (no pink).
- Add spring onions, soy sauce, salt, white pepper; stir 1 minute; cool completely.
- Divide dough into 24 pieces; roll thin circles.
- Place 1 tbsp filling in center; fold and pleat edges; pinch top.
- Steam on greased tray 10–12 minutes until wrapper becomes translucent and shiny.
- Serve hot with tomato-chilli sauce.
