👩‍🍳 How to make Steamed Chhurpi with Turmeric

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and turmeric together.
  2. Whisk egg with milk and oil in separate bowl until combined.
  3. Add egg mixture to flour mixture; stir until smooth batter forms (no lumps).
  4. Fold in grated chhurpi, green chilli, ginger, and coriander.
  5. Transfer batter to greased aluminum container (½ filled).
  6. Cover with greased foil.
  7. Boil water in steamer; place container on steamer stand.
  8. Steam 15–18 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 3 minutes; turn out onto plate; cut into squares.
  10. Serve warm with gundruk pickle or chutney.
