👩‍🍳 How to make Scrambled Eggs with Vegetables

  1. Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion; fry 2 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies; fry 30 seconds.
  4. Add diced tomato and carrot; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric; fry 20 seconds.
  6. Pour beaten eggs into pan; using spatula, scramble continuously for 4–5 minutes over medium heat until eggs are cooked through but still slightly moist.
  7. Add salt and black pepper; toss gently.
  8. Remove from heat; fold in coriander.
  9. Serve hot with toasted bread or flatbread.
