👩‍🍳 How to make Roasted Millet Cereal

  1. Heat ghee in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add millet; roast 5 minutes while stirring constantly until grains pop slightly and are golden brown (releases natural flavors).
  3. Add salt; stir 20 seconds.
  4. Add 1 cup water; bring to boil.
  5. Reduce to low heat; cover partially; simmer 8 minutes until grains are tender and water is absorbed.
  6. Stir in jaggery and cardamom until jaggery dissolves.
  7. Pour milk; stir gently.
  8. Simmer 2 minutes.
  9. Transfer to bowls; top with roasted nuts.
  10. Serve warm.
