👩🍳 How to make Roasted Millet Cereal
- Heat ghee in pan over medium heat.
- Add millet; roast 5 minutes while stirring constantly until grains pop slightly and are golden brown (releases natural flavors).
- Add salt; stir 20 seconds.
- Add 1 cup water; bring to boil.
- Reduce to low heat; cover partially; simmer 8 minutes until grains are tender and water is absorbed.
- Stir in jaggery and cardamom until jaggery dissolves.
- Pour milk; stir gently.
- Simmer 2 minutes.
- Transfer to bowls; top with roasted nuts.
- Serve warm.
