👩‍🍳 How to make Pork Momos

  1. Prepare dough; rest 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok over high heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies; stir-fry 1 minute.
  4. Add minced pork; cook 4 minutes breaking until cooked through.
  5. Add cabbage, spring onions, soy sauce, salt, pepper; stir 1 minute; cool completely.
  6. Assembly and steaming as in Recipe 27.
  7. Serve hot with chilli sauce and ginger-vinegar dip.
