👩‍🍳 How to make Poha Breakfast

  1. Rinse poha under running water 30 seconds; drain thoroughly (removes excess starch).
  2. Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add mustard seeds; let them splutter 20 seconds.
  4. Add onion; fry 1 minute until softened.
  5. Add green chillies; fry 20 seconds.
  6. Add turmeric; fry 20 seconds.
  7. Add drained poha; toss gently 2–3 minutes over medium heat (warm through, fluff with spatula).
  8. Add peanuts; toss 1 minute.
  9. Add lemon juice and salt; toss 1 minute until evenly distributed.
  10. Remove from heat; garnish with fresh coriander and coconut.
  11. Serve immediately while warm and fluffy.
