👩🍳 How to make Poha Breakfast
- Rinse poha under running water 30 seconds; drain thoroughly (removes excess starch).
- Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds; let them splutter 20 seconds.
- Add onion; fry 1 minute until softened.
- Add green chillies; fry 20 seconds.
- Add turmeric; fry 20 seconds.
- Add drained poha; toss gently 2–3 minutes over medium heat (warm through, fluff with spatula).
- Add peanuts; toss 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice and salt; toss 1 minute until evenly distributed.
- Remove from heat; garnish with fresh coriander and coconut.
- Serve immediately while warm and fluffy.
