👩‍🍳 How to make Paneer Momos

  1. Prepare dough; rest 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies; stir-fry 1 minute.
  4. Add crumbled paneer; fry 1 minute.
  5. Add cabbage, carrot, spring onions; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper; stir; cool completely.
  7. Assembly and steaming as in Recipe 27.
  8. Serve hot with tomato chutney or soy-vinegar sauce.
