👩🍳 How to make Paneer Momos
- Prepare dough; rest 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Add crumbled paneer; fry 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, carrot, spring onions; stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt, pepper; stir; cool completely.
- Assembly and steaming as in Recipe 27.
- Serve hot with tomato chutney or soy-vinegar sauce.
