- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add onion; fry 2 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic, ginger, green chillies; fry 30 seconds.
- Add chopped greens; toss 2 minutes (begins to wilt).
- Add turmeric and garam masala; fry 30 seconds.
- Pour water; bring to boil.
- Reduce to low heat; simmer 10 minutes until greens are tender (flavors infuse).
- Add salt and black pepper; taste and adjust.
- Fold in cooked millet; heat through.
- Garnish with coriander; serve warm.
