👩‍🍳 How to make Leafy Green Curry with Millet

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion; fry 2 minutes until softened.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies; fry 30 seconds.
  4. Add chopped greens; toss 2 minutes (begins to wilt).
  5. Add turmeric and garam masala; fry 30 seconds.
  6. Pour water; bring to boil.
  7. Reduce to low heat; simmer 10 minutes until greens are tender (flavors infuse).
  8. Add salt and black pepper; taste and adjust.
  9. Fold in cooked millet; heat through.
  10. Garnish with coriander; serve warm.
