👩‍🍳 How to make Bean Sprout Hash

  1. Blanch mung bean sprouts in boiling water 2 minutes; drain and cool.
  2. Heat oil in large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion; fry 2 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies; fry 30 seconds.
  5. Add diced potatoes and carrot; stir-fry 3 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric and garam masala; fry 30 seconds.
  7. Add blanched sprouts; toss 2 minutes.
  8. Add salt and black pepper; toss.
  9. Add lemon juice; toss 30 seconds.
  10. Remove from heat; fold in coriander.
  11. Serve warm.
