👩‍🍳 How to make Rajasthani Sakinalu

  1. Make dough with maida, baking powder, salt, ghee, water (knead 8 min). Rest 20 min.
  2. For filling: heat 30ml ghee, add jaggery, melt (2 min), add sesame seeds, cardamom, cook 1 min. Cool.
  3. Roll dough into thin sheet (10x10 inch, 2mm thick). Spread filling evenly across sheet.
  4. Roll tightly from one end into log. Coil log into spiral shape. Cut into 12–14 pieces (1 inch thick).
  5. Heat oil to 175°C. Fry spirals 4–5 min, turning carefully, until light golden, jaggery oozes slightly.
