👩‍🍳 How to make Rajasthani Sabudana Khichdi

  1. Drain soaked sabudana completely (30 seconds pressing).
  2. Heat oil on medium heat, add cumin seeds (crackle 30 seconds). Add green chilly, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add drained sabudana, stir continuously for 3 minutes until pearls become translucent, glossy, not sticking together.
  4. Add boiled potato cubes, peanuts, turmeric powder, salt. Mix gently (2 minutes), cook 2 more minutes until warm throughout.
  5. Add lemon juice, coriander leaves. Toss gently. Serve hot.
