👩🍳 How to make Rajasthani Sabudana Khichdi
- Drain soaked sabudana completely (30 seconds pressing).
- Heat oil on medium heat, add cumin seeds (crackle 30 seconds). Add green chilly, cook 30 seconds.
- Add drained sabudana, stir continuously for 3 minutes until pearls become translucent, glossy, not sticking together.
- Add boiled potato cubes, peanuts, turmeric powder, salt. Mix gently (2 minutes), cook 2 more minutes until warm throughout.
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves. Toss gently. Serve hot.
