  1. Dry roast bajra 4 min until nutty, cool.
  2. Heat oil, crackle cumin 30s.
  3. Add ginger, green chilly, onion, cook 2 min.
  4. Add drained soaked moong, cook 2 min.
  5. Add roasted bajra, turmeric, red chili, coriander, salt, stir 2 min.
  6. Add water, bring to boil.
  7. Simmer 20 min until beans tender, bajra grains soft, creamy consistency.
  8. Add coriander, lemon juice.
  9. Taste: earthy bajra, creamy beans, tangy.
