- Heat oil, crackle cumin 30s.
- Add ginger, green chilly, onion, cook 2 min.
- Add drained soaked moong, cook 2 min.
- Add roasted bajra, turmeric, red chili, coriander, salt, stir 2 min.
- Add water, bring to boil.
- Simmer 20 min until beans tender, bajra grains soft, creamy consistency.
- Add coriander, lemon juice.
- Taste: earthy bajra, creamy beans, tangy.
