👩‍🍳 How to make Rajasthani Masala Chai with Jaggery

  1. In a pot, add 1000ml water, sliced ginger, crushed cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper. Bring to boil (5 minutes).
  2. Add tea leaves, stir gently. Let steep 2 minutes (not longer, will become bitter).
  3. Add jaggery, stir until dissolved. Simmer 1 minute more.
  4. Add milk and salt, stir. Bring to boil once, immediately remove from heat.
  5. Strain through fine strainer into cups. Serve hot.
