👩‍🍳 How to make Rajasthani Laddu

  1. Heat ghee in heavy pan (medium heat). Add gram flour slowly (3 min, stirring constantly), roast 8–10 min, stirring frequently, until light golden, nutty aroma.
  2. Add sugar, stir 2 min until dissolved, mixture thickens.
  3. Add cardamom, ground almonds, ground cashews, raisins, nutmeg, salt, mix well (2 min).
  4. Remove from heat. Cool 5 min until handleable (still warm).
  5. Divide into 14 portions (30g each). Roll each between palms into ball. Place on parchment paper.
  6. Cool completely (30 min) before storing in airtight container (stays fresh 10 days).
