👩🍳 How to make Rajasthani Laddu
- Heat ghee in heavy pan (medium heat). Add gram flour slowly (3 min, stirring constantly), roast 8–10 min, stirring frequently, until light golden, nutty aroma.
- Add sugar, stir 2 min until dissolved, mixture thickens.
- Add cardamom, ground almonds, ground cashews, raisins, nutmeg, salt, mix well (2 min).
- Remove from heat. Cool 5 min until handleable (still warm).
- Divide into 14 portions (30g each). Roll each between palms into ball. Place on parchment paper.
- Cool completely (30 min) before storing in airtight container (stays fresh 10 days).
