- Heat oil to 175°C. Add poha in batches (in small amounts at a time, as it expands). Fry 2 min per batch, stirring, until crispy, no moist areas. Drain on paper.
- In separate 15ml oil, add cumin (crackle 30s), add onion, cook 2 min until golden.
- Add green chilly, turmeric, salt, cook 1 min. Add fried poha, peanuts, coriander.
