👩‍🍳 How to make Rajasthani Bajra Roti

  1. Mix bajra, wheat flour, salt.
  2. Add water gradually, knead 8 min until soft dough (slightly more water than wheat roti).
  3. Rest 10 min.
  4. Divide into 8 portions (32g each).
  5. Roll each on oiled tawa into 7-inch circle.
  6. Place on hot tawa (180°C), cook 1 min until light spots appear.
  7. Flip, cook 1 min.
  8. Flip again, drizzle 1ml ghee around edges, press gently with cloth 30s until light puff.
  9. Remove to plate.
  10. Serve hot.
