👩🍳 How to make Rajasthani Bajra Roti
- Mix bajra, wheat flour, salt.
- Add water gradually, knead 8 min until soft dough (slightly more water than wheat roti).
- Rest 10 min.
- Divide into 8 portions (32g each).
- Roll each on oiled tawa into 7-inch circle.
- Place on hot tawa (180°C), cook 1 min until light spots appear.
- Flip, cook 1 min.
- Flip again, drizzle 1ml ghee around edges, press gently with cloth 30s until light puff.
- Remove to plate.
- Serve hot.
