👩🍳 How to make Rajasthani Baati Subzi
- Baati: Make dough (see Breakfast #18), rest 15 min. Divide into 8 portions, shape into balls. Boil water, add baati, cover, cook 12 min until floating. Drain.
- Curry: Heat oil, cook onion 2 min. Add tomato, peas, carrot, cook 3 min. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander, salt, water. Simmer 8 min until vegetables tender. Add boiled baati pieces, simmer 3 min until gravy coats. Add coriander. Serve hot.
