👩🍳 How to make Marwari Kofte Curry
- Kofte: Mix ground meat, gram flour, onion, ginger-garlic, green chilly, coriander, salt, pepper. Divide into 16 portions (25g each), roll into balls. Heat oil 180°C, fry kofte 4 min until golden outside (meat still pink inside). Remove on paper.
- Curry: In same oil, cook onion 6 min until golden. Add ginger-garlic, cook 1 min. Add tomatoes, cook 3 min until soft. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander, garam masala, cook 1 min. Add yogurt, mix. Add water, salt, bring to boil. Add kofte gently, simmer 15 min until cooked through, gravy thickens.
