- Mix yogurt with all spices and lemon juice
- Coat shrimp, refrigerate 1 hour at 4°C
- Thread shrimp on skewers (4-5 per skewer)
- Heat oven to 220°C
- Place skewers on oiled baking tray
- Bake 10-12 minutes until shrimp turns pink and cooked through (70°C internal)
- Check: shrimp should be firm and opaque
- Visual: pink with char marks; Aroma: smoky, spiced shrimp
- Serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges
