  1. Mix yogurt with all spices and lemon juice
  2. Coat shrimp, refrigerate 1 hour at 4°C
  3. Thread shrimp on skewers (4-5 per skewer)
  4. Heat oven to 220°C
  5. Place skewers on oiled baking tray
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes until shrimp turns pink and cooked through (70°C internal)
  7. Check: shrimp should be firm and opaque
  8. Visual: pink with char marks; Aroma: smoky, spiced shrimp
  9. Serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges
