  1. Make dough (10 mins): Standard samosa dough, rest 25 mins.
  2. Fill samosas (15 mins): Roll, cut, form cones, stuff with 1 tbsp keema filling, seal edges tight.
  3. Deep fry (15 mins, low-medium heat): Oil 330°F (meat needs slightly higher temp). Fry 5 at time, 10-12 mins low heat, 2-3 mins medium heat until golden crisp.
