👩🍳 How to make Shahi Paneer
- Soak cashews in warm water (50°C) for 15 minutes
- Blend soaked cashews with 100ml water to smooth paste
- Heat oil to 180°C, add cumin seeds, cook 20 seconds
- Add onions, fry 5 minutes until golden (170°C)
- Add ginger-garlic, cook 2 minutes
- Add tomato puree, cook 8 minutes on medium heat
- Add cashew paste, cook 3 minutes
- Add chili powder, coriander, salt, garam masala
- Pour water, simmer 5 minutes on low heat (160°C)
- Gently add paneer cubes, cook 5 minutes without stirring too much
- Add cream and butter, stir gently, cook 2 minutes
- Visual: creamy white-orange sauce with paneer cubes; Aroma: cashew-rich, buttery
- Garnish with coriander if desired
