👩‍🍳 How to make Shahi Paneer

  1. Soak cashews in warm water (50°C) for 15 minutes
  2. Blend soaked cashews with 100ml water to smooth paste
  3. Heat oil to 180°C, add cumin seeds, cook 20 seconds
  4. Add onions, fry 5 minutes until golden (170°C)
  5. Add ginger-garlic, cook 2 minutes
  6. Add tomato puree, cook 8 minutes on medium heat
  7. Add cashew paste, cook 3 minutes
  8. Add chili powder, coriander, salt, garam masala
  9. Pour water, simmer 5 minutes on low heat (160°C)
  10. Gently add paneer cubes, cook 5 minutes without stirring too much
  11. Add cream and butter, stir gently, cook 2 minutes
  12. Visual: creamy white-orange sauce with paneer cubes; Aroma: cashew-rich, buttery
  13. Garnish with coriander if desired
