👩🍳 How to make Sabudana Kheer
- Rinse sabudana (3 mins): Rinse thoroughly 2-3 times under running water (visual cue: water runs clear).
- Boil sabudana (7 mins, medium heat): Add sabudana to water, cook while stirring frequently. Continue until pearls become transparent and soft (visual cue: pearls change from opaque white to clear, swell in size).
- Add milk (3 mins, low-medium heat): Pour milk and continue cooking until mixture thickens (visual cue: mixture becomes creamy, more opaque).
- Add sugar & cardamom (2 mins, low heat): Stir in cardamom powder and sugar. Simmer until desired thickness (visual cue: liquid thickens, coats spoon lightly).
- Finish: Turn off when consistency is pouring (it thickens more upon cooling). Garnish with toasted nuts.
