- Prepare milk (1 min): Pour 1 liter chilled milk into pitcher. Rooh Afza works best with very cold milk.
- Add Rooh Afza (2 mins): Add 4-5 tbsp Rooh Afza syrup to milk (adjust to taste—syrup is sweet and concentrated). Stir well until syrup dissolves completely and milk turns pink.
- Prepare toppings (2 mins): If using falooda sev, crush slightly. Soak sabja seeds in water for 5 mins until they swell (optional).
- Serve (2 mins): Pour into tall glasses. Top with ice cubes. Garnish with chopped nuts, falooda sev, saffron strands. Add soaked sabja seeds (if using)—they add cooling texture.
- Serve immediately: Best served cold, immediately after preparation.
