  1. Pressure cook soaked rajma with water, 10 whistles, then 10 minutes low heat
  2. Heat oil to 180°C, add cumin seeds, cook 30 seconds
  3. Add onion, fry 4 minutes until golden (170°C)
  4. Add ginger-garlic, cook 2 minutes
  5. Add tomato puree, cook 8 minutes on medium heat
  6. Add cooked rajma with cooking liquid
  7. Add chili powder, coriander, turmeric, salt
  8. Simmer 10 minutes on low heat (150°C)
  9. Add garam masala, cook 2 minutes
  10. Visual: thick, chunky curry with beans; Aroma: warm spices
  11. Serve with basmati rice
