- Make dough (10 mins): Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt, 2 tbsp ghee. Add water, knead soft dough. Rest 30 mins.
- Shape kulchas (10 mins): Divide into 10 balls. Roll each into thin oval (6-7 inches). Brush water, sprinkle ajwain seeds on top.
- Finish: Brush generous ghee on both sides while hot.
- Serve: Serve immediately, preferably wrapped in cloth to keep warm.
