- Mix yoghurt, Kashmiri chilli, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, kasuri methi, salt.
- Coat paneer and vegetables.
- Marinate 30 minutes.
- Skewer paneer, onion, peppers alternately.
- Grill or broil at 220°C until edges char.
- Set aside.
- Butter + onions until golden brown, 10 min.
- Ginger-garlic paste 2 min.
- Tomato purée until oil surfaces, 8 min.
- Add cashew paste; cook 3 min.
- Add cream, garam masala, kasuri methi.
- Fold in grilled paneer and vegetables.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Finish with a knob of butter.
