👩‍🍳 How to make Paneer Tikka Masala + Naan

  1. Mix yoghurt, Kashmiri chilli, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, kasuri methi, salt.
  2. Coat paneer and vegetables.
  3. Marinate 30 minutes.
  4. Skewer paneer, onion, peppers alternately.
  5. Grill or broil at 220°C until edges char.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Butter + onions until golden brown, 10 min.
  8. Ginger-garlic paste 2 min.
  9. Tomato purée until oil surfaces, 8 min.
  10. Add cashew paste; cook 3 min.
  11. Add cream, garam masala, kasuri methi.
  12. Fold in grilled paneer and vegetables.
  13. Simmer 5 minutes.
  14. Finish with a knob of butter.
