👩🍳 How to make Paneer Pakora
- Prepare paneer (3 mins): Cut paneer block into ½-inch thick cubes (about 16-20 pieces). Pat dry with paper towel—removes excess moisture.
- Make batter (3 mins): Mix besan, rice flour, salt, ginger, ajwain, green chilies, coriander, spices. Add water gradually until thick, coating consistency.
- Coat paneer (3 mins): Dip each paneer cube into batter, coat completely on all sides. Place on tray.
- Heat oil (1 min): Oil 350°F (175°C). Test with batter.
- Fry pakoras (10 mins, medium heat): Carefully place coated paneer cubes into oil (work in batches of 6-8). Fry 8-10 mins, stirring gently every 2 mins. Exterior should be golden, crispy, paneer soft inside. Transfer to paper towels.
- Garnish (1 min): Sprinkle chaat masala while warm.
