👩🍳 How to make Moong Dal Ladoo
- Roast moong dal at 170°C in oven for 8 minutes, stirring often
- Let cool slightly
- Grind roasted dal to fine powder
- Heat ghee to 160°C in pan
- Add ground dal powder, roast 8 minutes on medium heat
- Stir constantly, dal should turn darker
- Add sugar, stir well
- Cook 6 minutes on low heat (150°C)
- Add cardamom, nuts, milk powder
- Mix well, cool to room temperature
- Take 15ml mixture, roll into smooth balls
- Place on parchment paper
- Set 1.5 hours at room temperature
- Visual: golden balls with visible nuts
- Store in airtight container
