👩‍🍳 How to make Moong Dal Ladoo

  1. Roast moong dal at 170°C in oven for 8 minutes, stirring often
  2. Let cool slightly
  3. Grind roasted dal to fine powder
  4. Heat ghee to 160°C in pan
  5. Add ground dal powder, roast 8 minutes on medium heat
  6. Stir constantly, dal should turn darker
  7. Add sugar, stir well
  8. Cook 6 minutes on low heat (150°C)
  9. Add cardamom, nuts, milk powder
  10. Mix well, cool to room temperature
  11. Take 15ml mixture, roll into smooth balls
  12. Place on parchment paper
  13. Set 1.5 hours at room temperature
  14. Visual: golden balls with visible nuts
  15. Store in airtight container
