👩🍳 How to make Ladoo
- Heat ghee to 160°C in pan
- Add khoya, stir constantly 8-10 minutes at medium heat
- Khoya should crumble and release aroma
- Add sugar, stir well on low heat (150°C)
- Cook 5 minutes until mixture leaves pan sides
- Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes to 50°C
- Add cardamom powder, nuts, raisins
- Mix well, cool to room temperature
- Wet hands with water, take 15ml mixture
- Roll into smooth balls between palms
- Visual: smooth, golden balls; firm texture
- Place on parchment paper
- Set 2 hours at room temperature
- Store in airtight container (shelf stable)
