👩‍🍳 How to make Ladoo

  1. Heat ghee to 160°C in pan
  2. Add khoya, stir constantly 8-10 minutes at medium heat
  3. Khoya should crumble and release aroma
  4. Add sugar, stir well on low heat (150°C)
  5. Cook 5 minutes until mixture leaves pan sides
  6. Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes to 50°C
  7. Add cardamom powder, nuts, raisins
  8. Mix well, cool to room temperature
  9. Wet hands with water, take 15ml mixture
  10. Roll into smooth balls between palms
  11. Visual: smooth, golden balls; firm texture
  12. Place on parchment paper
  13. Set 2 hours at room temperature
  14. Store in airtight container (shelf stable)
