  1. Mix yoghurt, Kashmiri chilli, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil, salt.
  2. Coat chicken.
  3. Marinate minimum 4 hours.
  4. Melt butter; cook onions until deep golden, 10 min.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste 2 min.
  6. Add tomato purée; cook until oil surfaces.
  7. Add cashew paste; cook 3 min.
  8. Add cream, kasuri methi, garam masala.
  9. Add chicken; simmer 5 minutes.
  10. Finish with a knob of butter.
