  1. Prepare dry components (5 mins): Mix puffed rice, sev, roasted gram, roasted peanuts in large bowl. Keep vegetables ready in separate containers (onion, tomato, green chili, coriander).
  2. Add wet chutneys (3 mins): Pour mint chutney (¼ cup), tamarind chutney (¼ cup) over puffed rice mixture. Toss very gently—chutneys should distribute evenly, coat rice lightly.
  3. Add vegetables (2 mins): Add potato cubes, onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander. Toss carefully—maintain crispness, keep ingredients distinct (not mushy).
  4. Season final (1 min): Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, chaat masala (1½ tbsp total), chili powder, cumin powder, salt. Drizzle lemon juice. Toss once more, gently but thoroughly.
