  1. Prepare base (2 mins): Mix 1½ cups buttermilk with 1½ cups water in pitcher. Whisk until smooth, no lumps.
  2. Add spices (2 mins): Add roasted cumin seeds, minced green chili, minced ginger, red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, salt. Stir well.
  3. Add herbs (1 min): Fold in fresh mint, coriander, lemon juice.
  4. Chill (30 mins): Refrigerate for 30 mins until well-chilled.
