  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, garam masala, chili, ginger-garlic, salt for 12 hours at 4°C
  2. Heat oil to medium heat (175°C) in pan
  3. Pan-grill marinated chicken 2-4 minutes per side until golden
  4. In separate pan, melt butter on medium heat, add tomato puree
  5. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Add cashew paste, simmer 10 minutes
  7. Add cooked chicken, stir gently
  8. Pour cream, simmer 5-7 minutes until sauce coats spoon back
  9. Final aroma: rich tomato-cream blend; Texture: silky sauce
