- Make marinade: yogurt + ginger-garlic + all spices + lemon juice
- Apply to fish fillets, refrigerate 1 hour at 4°C
- Heat oven to 220°C
- Place marinated fish on oiled baking tray
- Bake 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork at 65°C internal
- Check: fish should be opaque and firm
