  2. Heat oil, add mustard + urad dal (crackling 10 secs)
  3. Add ginger + green chili + curry leaves (30 secs)

  5. Add roasted semolina, stir 2 mins
  6. Pour water + salt, stir continuously
  7. Cook 8 mins until thick paste
  8. Transfer to plate, serve hot
