- Mix whole wheat + jowar + rice
- Roast in dry pan 4 mins until nutty
- Grind to coarse flour
- Mix flour + salt + chili + ginger + onion
- Add water slowly to form dough
- Heat iron griddle to 160°C
- Take dough ball, press into 6-inch circle on oiled griddle
- Cook 2 mins until bottom golden
- Flip, cook 1.5 mins other side
