  1. Mix whole wheat + jowar + rice
  2. Roast in dry pan 4 mins until nutty
  3. Grind to coarse flour
  4. Mix flour + salt + chili + ginger + onion
  5. Add water slowly to form dough
  6. Heat iron griddle to 160°C
  7. Take dough ball, press into 6-inch circle on oiled griddle
  8. Cook 2 mins until bottom golden
  9. Flip, cook 1.5 mins other side
  10. Press edges with spatula during cooking
