- Clean squid, cut into rings
- Heat oil, add cumin + coriander (toasted)
- Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
- Add onion, fry until soft (3 mins)
- Add chili + turmeric, fry 1 min
- Add tomato, cook 3 mins until soft
- Add squid rings, cook 4 mins
- Add salt + kasuri methi + lemon
- Cook 2 mins more until squid tender
- Serve over white rice
