  1. Clean squid, cut into rings
  2. Heat oil, add cumin + coriander (toasted)
  3. Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
  4. Add onion, fry until soft (3 mins)
  5. Add chili + turmeric, fry 1 min
  6. Add tomato, cook 3 mins until soft
  7. Add squid rings, cook 4 mins
  8. Add salt + kasuri methi + lemon
  9. Cook 2 mins more until squid tender
  10. Serve over white rice
  11. Tender squid, tomato-based sauce
